Friday was a miserable rainy (post tropical storm) kind of day. I took the bus to work and got a drive home. I had planned to go for a run or use the indoor bike at home but it didn't happen. I got home, took my daughter to her dads, had to go out to pick up a wedding present for my friend, went dress shopping for something to wear to said dress, grabbed some grocery store sushi for a very late supper, watched a movie with my boyfriend and fell asleep. What a date night eh? Oh well we can't win them all.
Saturday I got up early for a Saturday, had a bit of a argument with my boyfriend. I mean it wasn't bad it's just money sucks for us right now and we had a discussion about it and it's just hard, no ones fault it's just hard being broke so much. I cried, a lot (hormonal maybe?) and then I decided I really needed a run. I took the dog to the park and we did a 3K. It's not much but it was just enough to clear my head and look at things differently, total mood changer!
After my run I ate kale,egg, toast and cheese open faced sandwich, then showered, picked my daughter up, had a light lunch, got ready for the wedding, took my daughter to my mother's place and went to the wedding!

It was honestly such a fun time! There was chicken and roasted potatoes and other veggie's for dinner.
I ended up having way too much wine....but I'm sure I danced most of it off! We danced and danced, it was awesome!
Me and my bf snuck off away from the party at one point......had a little alone time! ;)
Everyone of course starts poking you saying things like "you're next" or "when are you two tying the knot" lol kind of awkward but it's bound to happen. Maybe someday it will happen!
Anyways we stayed out really late, had a blast!
Sunday was a sleepy morning. I slept in a bit, my bf wanted mcdonalds for breakfast, so I went and tried to pick something a little less bad than the breakfast sandwhich so I tried a breakfast burrito. It was tasty but my stomach didn't like it at all! Crampy and diahrea instantly!
Laid low for the morning, got my daughter from my mom, she invited one of her friends over and I convinced them both to come walk the dog with me. We went to this park where there are wood carved seals, here are the girls being giant goofballs
So over the weekend I got a 3K run and a 3K walk in, and 1 hour yoga, not too shabby, could have been more but I'm getting there with being more active on the weekends! This weekend I'd like to try a hike!
I had to post this just because well buster is adorable!
I had yoga class sunday and I was the only one that showed up! So I got a private lesson! She really helped me improve my poses and I'm actually quite sore since we did a lot of plank poses and my arms are so weak!
Yesterday was a brutal day at work. It's hard to explain but it was definitely the hardest day I've had so far! I was nearly in tears a couple times. I did bike to work, and biked home. Mid day I get this amazing text from my daughter, which is weird because since September I think she's only texted me from school once! She's not a big texter and she's busy at school, it was almost like she knew I was having a bad day. Love that kid!
So I got my 8K biking in, ate really healthy yesterday despite the stress! overall successful day. got home from work and binge watched pretty little liars with my daughter! Better than binge eating though right? haha
I had to sign 2 of her tests (math and english) she got 100% in math and 96% iu english! wow!
I biked to work again today, will bike home (it's getting quite chilly out but I'll keep biking until the snow flies, then back to walking).
We have horseback riding tonight! I can't wait!

So I biked home from work yesterday! Had a very short time at home before heading out to what I thought was a cooking class. I signed up for it months ago and didn't really pay attention to details. Well it wasn't a cooking class at all.
It was a weight loss and healthy eating class run by a dietitian. I mean it's still fantastic but not exactly what I thought. Its 7 weeks long and every class has a different topic. Last night was just "getting started" they also have portions, goal setting, store tour (it's held at Sobey's so they show you good products to buy) I think week 5 is the only night we actually make a meal together with a chef which will be cool! Every week you have homework, and are supposed to set weekly goals. It's really good and motivating, I think it'll be a good class.
Anyways because I assumed we were cooking there I didn't have supper and didn't get home from class until after 8pm so I skipped dinner, not intentionally it was just too late for me to start cooking a meal. I've had lots of good food today though!
Started my day off with harvest crunch cereal with blueberries and strawberries
I of course had coffee after that lol
Then for lunch I had 3/4 cup of squash and 3/4 cup of this yummy mix of delciousness)
it was really tasty!
I had an apple with peanut butter for an afternoon snack.
My weekly goal is to get my water intake everyday. It's already 2:30 and I'm only on glass 4, but I'll get there!!
I didn't bike today because we have yet another hurricane! But I have my indoor bike at home, or I might try a workout video tonight, I gotta fit something in since I missed my 8K bike!
