WooHoo 100's Whack! Challenge 5

Challenge will run FRIDAY - TUESDAY

Your challenge is to complete 5-100's of anything you want each day! All strength and planned fitness minutes count! You pick your pleasure every day, but you must complete at least 3 different things daily! In other words you can do 300 crunches for 3 of your 100's, but the other 2 100's must be 2 different exercises...if you only complete 3 100's they must all be different!

For every 100 you complete each day you'll earn a emoticon "whack" for your team! If you complete all 5-100's in one day you'll earn an emoticon "pillow buster" bonus!

Try to give yourself 2 of the 5 challenge days that you take a solid "swing" at calorie burn and complete 100 Fitness minutes! It's suggested that you plan Tuesday as one of those days to avoid too much strength training the day before WI! It's also suggested that you focus your ST 100's on core Tuesday as well!

Points are awarded as follows...
1 point for each emoticon"whack" you complete daily! (max daily points 5)
5 point emoticon "pillow buster" bonus if you complete ALL 5-100's for the day! (max daily bonus points 5 or 0)
Total of 10 points possilbe daily, including the bonus!

emoticonDon't get caught snoozing this weekend, your team needs your help! The winning team will be determined based on average number of points per team member, so participation and is key! Come out swinging and hit it hard this weekend Pixies, let's shed some fluff from last week and turn the lights out for the the other BLC teams again next week!

Since it's CAMP OUT Week in the BLC, we are excited to bring you the BLC Challenge-Wide S'MORE Challenge!

Challenge runs FRIDAY - MONDAY

Sweat - 5 pts for each 15 minutes of cardio - 20 pt/per day max

Munch your Freggies - 5 pts a day for 5 SERVINGS of FREGGIES, all or nothing.

Organize - set goals, make menus for the week, make a healthy shopping list, organize a cabinet in your kitchen, etc - get ready for the challenge - 5 pts 1 project per day

Rest - 5 pts for getting in 7 - 8 hours sleep
(The REST portion only is Friday night through Monday night/Tuesday morning.)
