If you read my blog yesterday you knew these were coming...Before pictures for the Step it Up Sizzlin' Summer Slimdown!
Now...they say a picture is worth a 1000 words, and I can think of a that many plus more about why these pictures should not be placed here! I'm resisting the tempations to utter negative thoughts and remember that the purpose of these is to "see" the difference 30 days makes! Therefore, I will save those 1000 words for all the fabulous things I hope to see in comparison 1 month from now!
Be warned...I did not get all "pretty" for the pictures, no cute hair, no makeup just me in all the bikini exposure!
Oh...I can't believe I'm doing this....do I have the guts to "post blog"? If you're seeing it then obviously I gathered the courage....Be kind my friends!

Tomorrow marks exactly 31 days until the official start of Summer! Tanks...shorts and Bikini's...Oh my!
Coming off a 4 week eat clean streak, resulting in over 7 pounds and 5 inches shed, my momentum is still soaring high! I'm taking this opportunity to add another streak component to the eating pattern and really step it up for Summer! I've invited a few "winged" friends along for the "Step it up" part, but it's gonna take a little more work to have that "Sizzlin' Summer body...so I have a plan! Goes a little something like this!
"Step it Up" ~ daily step ups
Sunday~100, Monday~200, Tuesday~300, Wednesday~400, Thursday~500, Friday~600, Saturday~700...repeat week to week!
"Sizzlin' with ST" ~ daily ST
Sunday~Abs (obliques), Monday~Full body (combo), Tuesday~Abs (simple core), Wednesday~Upper (chest, back, shoulder), Thursday~Lower (work those large muslces :), Friday~Full body (easy, mainly floor), Saturday~Upper (Bicep/Tricep)...repeat week to week!
Friday, Sunday and Tuesday I'll be hitting the treadmill intervals in addition to the plan! The remainder of the days are yet to be determined for cardio...most likely ST will be done as a circuit of some sort! I have exercises, sets and reps all planned out, but those may need some tweaking depending on how the body reacts! I'm not gonna "freak" if days don't go exactly as planned...adapting is half the battle and something is better than nothing! I'm also not gonna fall into the "feeling failure mindset" if extra cardio doesn't happen, because this 31 days is all about building it up to burn it up!
I'll be taking measurements tomorrow and again at the end of the 31 days, as well as photos...but not just any photos...I'm really stepping out here...and taking bikini photos! Something I NEVER thought I'd have the courage to do, but stepping beyond the comfort builds confidence and self acceptance!
There is one other who's planning to "ST Sizzle" with me for this 31 days... Paulette! So if anyone else wants to Step up and Sizzle, create some ST goals that suit you and feel free to join in the fun

This weekend we're going to be letting arrows fly Pixies! Rather than allowing them to wander aimlessly, we'll be aiming at grouping them together, focusing on a target and hitting the BULLSEYE!
Challenge runs FRIDAY - TUESDAY! Points must be posted to the tracking thread no later than Midnight Wednesday, your time zone to count for participation! Please report total points and # of Bullseye's!
