This was Friday morning's breakfast. It is representative of my week - very clean eating.
1. Drink 9-12 cups of water daily
2. 10,00 steps per day minimum
3. 15-30 minutes of yoga once a week
4. 5-7 freggies per day
5. 15 minutes of Home Blessing and 15 minutes of Organizing per day
3 out of 5 goals met this week. I still have time to get some yoga done and I will return to the living room as soon as I finish blogging-so it may yet happen. I did some home blessing this week-but only 4 times and no organizing at all.
All in all, it has been a very good week. I had a new personal best of over 18000 steps. After reading the goals of the local Dallas Area Spark group, I am making it a personal goal to do 20,000 steps minimum per day by the end of 2012. Since I got from less than 2000 per day to 10,000 per day minimum since August of 2011, I think it is doable. My goal is to really work at it over the summer to make sure I top 15,000 steps per day by the time school starts up in August.
I got my tunics in and they are beautiful. I will have pictures once my capri leggings come in. They are knee length but a bit floaty and I want an outdoor picture under my oak tree.
The GONE group is good for me. The daily check ins and Weekly updates make me think about my behaviors and see how much I have changed since August. Now that I have changed me, I want to change my environment to reflect the new me-younger and more energetic. I am off to bless my house!
