2 mile jog
I woke this morning about dawn, had breakfast, then did the challenge video. The legs feel okay except for the left calf. It feels like a muscle feels in the day or two after a major cramp, except that I haven't cramped at all.
At about noon, I decided to start the warm up walk and see how it felt and then decide if I would do the jog or not. I felt no pain and, amazingly, did not feel any tension in the calf while walking, so I decided to do the deed.
I completed the two miles quicker than normal, 24 minutes. I finished the twenty five minute time with 2.08 miles done, all jog - no stop.
With the walking warm up and cool down today, the total was:
