What a pleasant day it has been. Started with a 60min walk with the dogs then later in the morning I went to an awesome vinyasa yoga class. So many people in the class that our mats were about two inches apart. The energy was high and the work out was intense. I am always amazed at what this old body can do. God has only given me one body for this life and I do the food and fitness tracker daily as a way to be accountable and be a good steward of what has been given to me.

This has been a very busy week at work but I made it to exercise class each day and walked the dogs each day. Recorded all of in my fitness tracker. The exercise adds up to help with the weight loss.

Today the dogs and I walked early this morning to avoid the heat. We walked all the way to the library and back. I do enjoy walking and my dogs are great companions. I logged this walk and all my dog walking in my Fitness Tracker.

Today was the 4th of July Parade in my subdivision. Neighbors walked down to the part for the Fourth Fest with rides, ponies, barbeque, and music. I drove to SA to be with family for a late lunch and just general catching up. Traffic was light both ways. Family came in from Houston and Victoria reporting that traffic was light for them as well. It was a good time seeing how the children are growing and the adults are aging. Happy to be home safe and sound from the trip.

Today I had landscapers working in my yard. Just some redesign of existing flower beds with more rock. Also going to take out the grass between the sidewalk and curb to put in crushed granite. No water required to keep granite looking nice and also saves on lawnservice. The rocks are very pretty. They will look very attractive in the new design.
