I am finally sitting down to catch up on my day with Food/Fitness Trackers. It made me think about the Cardio/Strength training class I take at lunch time. Today was called 30 second challenge. We did the same ten exercises but each one of 30 seconds. At the end of the set we did it all over again. It may not sound very hard but by the time the 3rd set rolls around it is hard for me to do 30 seconds of push-ups, followed by 30 seconds of upright rows, followed by etc, etc, etc, Our class has only been gotten through six sets of the 10 different exercises. Our instuctor is only 24 and the class consists of men and women between the ages of 30 to 65. Even she gets winded when we do burpees. Well I recorded my 45 min in my fitness tracker and called it good.
