omg so busy!

too little time to properly blog but I will be brief and hopefully expand tomorrow.

I made 10 pounds! Hooray! In fact this morning I was at 12. Highest in my bootcamp class so far. I am THRILLED as I love to win. Haha.
Granted I tossed my cookies after the morning workout because it was so rough. haha at least I got off property but lets just say I had to pull over 1 min after I got on the road home from the workout. I was SO sick, problem was I ate a decent sized breakfast with a monster workout and a big bottle of water. That was a nono I will not repeat again. :)
Also! Today was my cheat day. WOOT! So I came home, got cleaned up and went out. Had a delicious cider, a wicked sandwich from which wich (actual name of the sandwich), and split a small oreo shake. SO indulgent and good. It scratched an itch for bread and sweets which I have been craving.
SO right back on track again for the rest of the day, hoping there won't be much of a gain tomorrow. Went to Sea World tonight just to walk around and have fun. Had a GREAT time bonding with the killer wales, will have to post pics of that later. It was incredible, really.
Alright off to bed with this girl.

Weighed in at 181.2. My start weight was 190.6.

Down 9.4 total today so only .6 to my 10 pounds only a few more ounces after that I will be in 170 ville. Hooray!!!

Tomorrow will definitely be the day.

Down 1.6 since yesterday

Today I do my naked weight today since the start of the bootcamp.


August 5th weigh-in- 190.6
August 8th weigh-in- 183.0

Total of 7.6 pounds. WOOT! :D

I am very proud of myself for not cheating or starving myself to get to this point.

Day 2 of bootcamp complete

As I was hoping last night, my weigh in was awesome this morning. I was 3.6 pounds lighter. WOO HOO. I was downright giddy over it.

Today I did pretty well again although I was finding myself extremely bored with my veggie selection considering I was only at the beginning of the second day. Problem is I love variety WAY too much so I get bored with foods easily. So on an only veggie cleanse I am backed into a mundane little corner.

Breakfast- 1 celery stalk, handful of sliced mushrooms, grape tomatoes, a sweet pepper, and a stick of skinny string cheese.

Midmorning snack- Ziplock of carrots, cauliflower, and brocolli. Didn't quite finish it all.

Lunch- Grilled portobello topped with sauteed onions and a side of steamed then broiled/seasoned green beans.

Mid-afternoon snack- I ended up getting busy and forgetting to eat it. Work was busy and I had to go to physical therapy for my neck. Then went to the bank, paid rent, then went to the grocery store to widen my variety of veggies to save me from hating the ones I have. Fresh Market I got brussel sprouts, okra, cilantro, cabbage, 2 red onions, and 2 white. Then went to Whole Foods since Fresh Market Freezer section def left something to be desired. By the time I was at Whole Foods it had been way too many hours since I had eaten for this kind of diet so I was hella hungry. Trademark, of this is I was grumpy as anything and ready to eat the store. Luckily, they have a buffet and I stuck to the veggie only stuff. I felt SO much better once I had eaten. Even tried kale (I've only had it a soup form before).
Dinner: Garlicky kale (SO good, most filling and biggest portion on my plate) broccoli slaw (dry), peas, roasted broccoli and cauliflower, 2 hunks of pickled beet, 2 pieces of artichoke heart, 2 olives, and about 6 bulbs of roasted garlic which I mainly ate with the kale. That and a no cal raspberry green tea to wash it down with.
The meal was a success and I felt much better. Then went to the frozen section, bought up two frozen bags of kale, 6 mini portions of edamame, some carrots for juicing and I think that was just about it.
Today I am not down like crazy on the scale, in fact I had gained some of what I had lost before lunch but I didn't let it get to me too much. It's only like a .6 up from what I was this morning so that is good news. :)
