YAY!!! more weigth loss :)

I'm not sure why my body has decided to be nice to me haha, maybe its cause I'm being nicer to my body? But I weighed myself this morning again and I'm down another 1.2 pounds! Bringing me to 198.6 pounds!!! and my grand total loss to somewhere around 14 pounds :)

I'm not complaining but it doesnt make much sense that I've lost 14 pounds in the last month and a half. I dont usually eat breakfast, somedays all I eat is dinner, and I usually end up eating a lot of fudgesicles. I mean like 12 within 2 or 3 days haha not a little amount. So I'm not really sure what I'm doing right, but I like the results!!

    Your weight loss success must be because of your healthier choices, "tame life" with people who love you, and the built-in exercise that is part of getting to and from school. Congratulations on getting below 200: I know from experience how significant that number really is. Good for you!

    yeah!!! That is so awesome.. i am so happy for you. As for what might be happening with the why part of weight loss. I don't know for sure. But here is my educated guess about why you were able to loose weight and still eat those tasty treats.

I have read alot of books about digestion. Turns out actually in terms of digestion its best not to eat a huge breakfast keeping it light like just eating frui or nothing at all. Is good. Waiting till your hungery in the morming, drinking water the first thing, and not putting anything in your system till well.. ( you have had your first bowel movement lol.. sorry) it allows the digestive juices to work and your body to heal and get ready for the day. If you do eat alot of something for dinner.. that gives your body the whole night to digest it.

But who cares right.. its working and your fantastic.... high fives all around you ROCK!

UPDATE TIME! (and long overdue!)

Okay so i'm not doing so well at keeping my blog or info up to date. I've been extremely busy with school and such. I don't love my classes right now. My english teacher bores me, but im holding a 93% average in it. My math is sitting at a 78% average. Its hard for me. Very hard sometimes. But i'm doing my best. New classes start November 9th, so only a month left of these classes. YAY!

Now, as for physical activity I would say I am doing quite well. I dont always walk to and from school, sometimes I take the bus, other times I ride my bike. It's cold here now, so its difficult to get the motivation to go outside more than I have to. I also go to aqua boxercize with my nana every thursday, its a 45 minute class, and its not exactly easy but its a lot of fun, we are going to start going on mondays as well starting today!!!! I was roughly 212 pounds on sept 25th when i moved here, I weighed myself today, and I was at 202, but thats fully clothed and I had just eaten (I found the scale by random chance!)

Other than school and exercize, I work. One day a week as a research assistant in my uncles soil science lab at the University Of Saskatchewan. My life is a lot more tame now, but I think its a good tame.

First day of school and such!

Sooo my night last night ended with a text message walk/jog with a friend of mine from alberta, that was about an hour. then today we got up at 5:30 am and did another hour, then i got ready for school. I was reallly nervous when i got there. But my english class homework is done, I did it at lunch. And now I only have math homework! I even met someone to talk to haha. I really like my math teacher, but Im already having trouble and its the first day so im definately going to have to go to tutoring at the school whenever I can. I know I can do it tho. Oh btw I also walked to school, its 2.5 km, and home from school too. I'm not sure wehter or not im going to be in good enough shape to go tonight tho! my calves are killing me!

Okay so I ahve not had internet in a verrry long time. However, I am not liviing in Saskatoon, with my uncle and his family, and going to school! I am doing upgrading so I can apply for university next fall. And considering my parents took my car away, I have to walk or bike ride everywhere I want to go, which is both good and bad.

So for any of you who are still subscribed to my blog, Soooooo Sorry I havent been in touch, it wasnt intentional, just very difficult when I didnt have the internet, and my phone wont let me on sparkpeople.

In case you want to know, here is my life for the past 7 months! I got laid off from driving rock trucks, went home for a bit, then went back to driving rock trucks, then i got laid off again, then i spent some time with a friend in red deer, then went and spent the summer bartending with a friend of mine in pretty much the middle of nowhere in a town called standard, AB. somewhere in between i made the decision to go to school, and so here i am! I also had a boyfriend for about 3 weeks, until he decided to cheat on me with some other girl. that sucked but its life and ive adjusted :) I am very proud of myself, and now that I'm finally on the right track in my life, I am going to start exersizing again :)

okay so although i REALLLY didnt do anythign active today, i stayed within my calorie ranges!! i went slighty over in the fat department but only by 7 so thats not too bad, and i blaqme the Quesadilla's i ate for dinner to celebrate my dad!!! He is officially eqivilant to a commercial transport mechanic ticket, he only has to write the exam!! we've been waiting for months to see if he got it and he did so we went to celebrate!! Im super excited and proud of him!

And i did do first aid today, which granted most of it was sitting in a chair, but CPR is not fun loland a good workout for the arms for sure!!! Plus yesterday i did 4 hours of inventory with my mom which i didnt put cause well i dont think i can, but it was hard work!!! Im going to stay focused, TRY to log everything i eat and do, but seeing as im going to be working 14.5 hour days iMIGHT not get to it every day. Work is going great, i get to go start my actually truck training on sunday, then im off for 4 days and then back to work for 4. oh and i also went for a small hike on wednesday, so i have been staying slighty more active, which is good enough for right now till work is settled in.

    Remember that rest can be as important as working sometimes. On the days you work, make sure you aren't over doing things.

I don't know if you remember me, but I'm back! I'm about to read through your blog to see what you've been up to.
