Weekend! Start again on Monday - after losing a couple of lbs finding it difficult to focus again. Only way I seem to lose the weight is if I walk for 40 mins in morning then exercise at least another 30 mins at night.

Last week was bad - think I am obsessing too much about my exercise and weight - not doing anything else but thinking of it. Saturday did nothing but quilt and knit

Bad day today - it is Pancake Tuesday! Went over on my calories big time. Will try to cut back on them for the next week so they will be near the lowest of my allocated amount.
