Wed Walk 30 minutes at lunch break
Sat-Sun and alternate Thu-Fri Get up early enough to walk 30 minutes for
Work days Drink 2 litres water
Mon-Wed-Sun 30 mins exercise video after tea
Thur 30 mins Strength training
Stop Counting any housework or gardening in my fitness minutes
Plan my food in advance for each week
