Man this is harder than i thought. This weekend i'm going grocery shopping, stocking up on fuits and veggies. Stock piling my water supply and scheduling all workout routines for the week.

i had promised to drink at least 6 cups of water and to log everything i eat.....well i'm not getting off to a good start :(.

monday i had 1 cup of water and logged breakfast/lunch
tuesday i had 5 cups of water (i guess that's good) but didn't log anything.

First 5k!

OMG!!!!!!! I am so excited. I ran my first 5k saturday may 4th, 2013. It felt really good to run most of the 3.1miles! Maybe next year i'll strive for the 1/4 marathon.

Getting that spark back

I am so off track right now it's not even funny! I have never blogged before but figured I'd give it a try. I have not exercised or tracked my calories in a month & I keep saying this week I will start over but I don't. I'm too tired to exercise so I need to make changes in my bedtime routine. I hate to cook & I'm a picky eater so it's hard planning my meals..ugh! Are these just excuses? I don't know but I need to make some chamges real quick! I think I'm going to start from the beginning when I first discovered SparkPeople.com. I was so excited & ready to make a change. Hopefully I can get that motivation back...u know...that SPARK!!!!!

    Make the changes you can do then see how you get on with the harder stuff!
Try to drink all the water, you'll feel better and possibly fuller. Small steps but the journey begins
