This morning, I weighed in at 150 lbs. That was my goal when I joined SP a little over a year ago. What makes it particularly encouraging is the fact that I hit the *magic number* at the end of winter. In the past, winter has been my Achilles' heel, a time when I've regained lost weight.
The support I receive on SP is a MAJOR factor in my success!
I've now reset my ticker to my ultimate goal of 128 lbs, an undreamed of number a couple years ago! I also want to focus on building more strength and better balance for when I go hiking.
