Well I do admit I don't always get me time but when I do I savor it!

The best me time for myself is having the house all to my self (a rare event) and just enjoying the peace and quiet.

I also love reading as me time. I do get some me time each morning when I do my prayer and Bible study. This helps me make it through the day.

I enjoy reading other things too. Reading engages my mind totally an in doing so gets my mind off everything!

I will admit I have let myself get frazzled these last couple of days but that is my fault for not controlling how I reacted to things and not getting enough rest.

So I would say for the most part I do get me time, could I use a bit more some days, definitely yes!

What to do about it... schedule it of course!

    Yeah, getting adequate sleep/rest is essential for dealing with stress! I love your me time. I tell people that reading is essential to my health and wellbeing, because it really is. Even when grad school is at it's most insane, I was typically reading at least a little every day.

BLC25 Smart Goals

My BLC25 Smart Goals:

1. Lose 15 lbs.
2. Lose 8 inches.
3. Minimum 45 minutes of exercise 6 days each week.
4. Track everything that enters my mouth.
5. Meditate 15 minutes each day.

My mantra for BLC25: Do not make excuses, just get it done!

    Great goals! What kind of meditation do you do? I ask because meditation is going to be part of my goals for this round, but I'm leaning toward moving meditations.

Yes I know I didn't make it back Sunday like I was supposed too. Life has been hectic the last few days but I am back now!

Looking forward to the official start of BLC25 in the morning! Will be back tomorrow to blog about my goals and other stuff....

...but right now I am tired and need to get in bed.

Day 115 2014

Wow it's been so long since I blogged. I need to get back into the habit because it helps me to work through things...

I have been struggling the past 2 weeks and am not losing which is very disappointing as I had hopes of being at 229 or less when BLC25 officially start and now I don't have much hope of that happening.

I am working on tweaking my exercise and food plans for the start of the new round but am going to implement them on Sunday to get a head start before Wednesday.

The food plan doesn't need much tweaking to be honest it just mostly needs to be followed. I will post more on Sunday about what I will be doing.

Exercise hasn't been enough and I really have to get back into a good strength training routine. Also I need to focus on my legs as I am tired of my calves being too fat for pants and capris that fit otherwise.

on a good note.... I am really enjoying my new role as Co-captain for Azure ! I think once the challenge officially begins it will be what I need to motivate me to stick to plan and it will hold me accountable as I feel should be able to set a good example for others. I really want to set a good example for my team mates!

I will be back no later than Sunday to post more....
