March has been super Busy . I had Crossfit twice a week and 2 Games of basketball for 2 weeks and then 1 game another week. This month i wan to up the anty a little and add in some extra strength and some miles. I've been struggling alot with the Hills in Crossfit and and form of running longer then 1k .
So for the month of April
75kms on the shoes . Might get a little hard with winter approaching .
7 Crossfit sessions with the Fit Club
6 Gym sessions -STRENGTH TRAINING
500 Push Ups
500 Sit Ups
All to be done NOT at a Crossfit session 17 of each every night before my shower should get me there
Im not as big on the whole weight loss thing now. I started crossfit in December and have lost about 3kgs but i lost 20cm from various parts of my body! Thats Huge!
