Ran this morning, stayed on track all day, but now I'm just sitting here, thinking of what I wish I could snack on, and feeling like I just don't care. I know the feeling will go away, and just typing this out is helping..but...blah. Just. Blah.

Took a rest day today, since I was starting to have a little problem with my left hip, the past couple days. I did have a couple clients today, and walked to the kids bus stops to pick them up, so I didn't feel totally sluglike, but it was nice not to push myself today. Hip feels a lot better too.
I'm a little sad, my daughter isn't going out of town for her birthday, which means I don't get to babysit my sweet granddaughter for 2 days this week like I was supposed to. I hope they come visit next weekend so I'll at least get to see her..and my daughter too.

How is that possible?
Ran 3 miles yesterday, and 5 today. Today's run was pretty tough, I had lots of aches and pains, and was moving a little slow, but when we finished, I heard myself suggesting we start upping our mileage. Me? Really?
It's been a very nice weekend. The weather has been SO unseasonably warm it's amazing. I'm a little concerned that once it finally gets cold and starts snowing, it'll never stop. I guess we just appreciate the nice weather while we have it, and deal with the snow when it comes, huh?

Yesterday consisted of driving 3 hours, eating lunch, doing four massage in a row, eating dinner, then driving 3 hours back home. It was a lot more fun than it sounds, but a bit tiring.
Today I went to the grocery store, did some laundry, took my sons to the bookstore so they could use their gift certificates from Christmas, took a long walk with the boys since it was REALLY nice out (I didn't even wear a coat, in Michigan, in January) then I had 2 massages.
Tomorrow is a 3 mile run and a couple massages.

Finally skipped a day running, but I spent 50 minutes hooping, so it was still a good fitness day. I have to take tomorrow off, because I'm traveling all day, so I'm going to concentrate on eating healthy while traveling instead. I'm so grateful to have sparkpeople to help with that part!
Oh..I also lost another .6 lb, so that made me happy. New total is 33.1 :)
