Still freezing.

I broke up with winter today, but it just won't go away! Cannot wait for milder temps. Starting to go a little crazy from not being able to spend much time outside...blah!

    Sorry it's so cold! I moved to AZ 4 and a half years ago from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. They have cancelled school 2 days in a row because of the cold weather back home. I can say I do not miss that weather at all. We were cold here for a week and now it is warm again. I hope it warms up soon for you too!

FREEZING!

I'm SO over winter. Normally it doesn't bother me, and if we had snow and could go outside, it probably wouldn't bother me, but all we have is these BITTER cold temps, and no snow. Blah! I want to go outside! I want to be able to breathe when I do....and I'm just tired of it!

On the bright side, I've had a couple of good days, foodwise.

    We did get a little snow yesterda just about an inch or two but the cold is bruttle. Stay warm and breath

about blogging. I just don't think I have much to say. Things just aren't changing very quickly, and I think I burned out. I've been doing the same thing for over a year and a half, and it's been months since I had any real progress. TIme to take stock and make some changes ::sigh::

  Try changing up your workout. Try new exercises. Do not give up. Also take a closer look at what you are eating.

I remember when that happened to me. I decided to keep going because at least I wasn't gaining. Then all of a sudden people started commenting on my weight loss. I guess I was losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time, so I wasn't noticing a change in weight. I remember checking my measurements and was very surprised that I had lost so many inches. The next thing I knew I was shopping for smaller clothes.

on track.

It's been a tough week or so, food-wise. I've had really good days of exercise, but the last 2 days I didn't do that, because I was NOT feeling well. Today I felt pretty close to normal (or what passes for it with me, anyway) and I exercised, PLUS I did good keeping my eating under control. Hopefully I keep it up for a while. Gosh I hate my hormones.

Great week

Started the week with my awesome daughter and lovely granddaughters here visiting. Spent New Year's Eve with them, and the rest of my household playing games and having our own little celebration, then at midnight my partner and I started the year with a run around the neighborhood. New Year's Day I took down our decorations, and got the house cleaned up...it felt so good! (And why does the house always feel so much BIGGER when the decorations come down?)
The rest of the week was very little work, and lots of rest time, which I've SO needed. I've managed to exercise every day, but haven't had to leave the house during the day at all...so I've been in my jammies til late afternoon. I honestly can't remember the last time that happened until this week. I ended the week with 2 of my absolute favorite clients tonight, who I haven't seen in several months, so it was great to catch up with them!
