After work yesterday I stopped at Sprouts Market because on Wed. you can get last weeks sale prices and the new sale prices and I got some great bargains on produce.
I saw that these chips I've only eaten once but THOUGHT they were the best chips I'd ever tasted. Boulder Chips Balsamic Vinegar and Rosemary. I read the label and thought I'll just count them and only eat a serving which is 14 chips I think.
Unfortunately I opened them in the car instead of eating my 1 oz. (23) almonds I had already counted out and keep in my purse for emergencies. I ate 3 oz. of those chips. 3 servings. I finally stopped myself. But I was good for dinner. Steamed broccoli, cod with lemon and dill, and cantaloupe. I didn't have time to make brown rice with it but tonight I will.
I have to realize I am not the kind of person who can buy chips. Seriously, I have virtually no control. Although the last time I bought those chips, months and months ago, I ate the whole bag. This time I stopped at 3 oz. at least.
