Me, the person, in order to become a better self and to gain self confidence, do promise to no longer tear myself down, see the beautiful woman in the mirror, accept my victories as well as my defeats without letting my defeats rule me, love myself as I am as much as my family loves me, and continue the steps that I took on the start to becoming a healthier person.

If I am going to be 100% honest with myself, the reason I am doing this challenge is because I need a swift kick in the butt to get motivated and a little encouragement to keep me going.
I feel like the reason that I have not been progressing as well as I hoped I would be is because I have been having multiple hand surgeries and I get discouraged when I'm not able to do everything I wanted to be doing.
This time, I commit to finishing my challenge because I know that:
I'm scared of going back to the way I was before my journey on Spark.
I want to spend this Summer in as little clothes as I can get away with. It gets in the 100's here and I will wear a bikini!
But I have faith in myself and my determination. I can be incredibly stubborn it's time I used it to my advantage.
And THIS TIME, I will NOT quit, because THIS TIME I will not let myself quit!!!!
My top five non-health related motivations right now are:
1. I want to be a good example to my beautiful daughter who needs a healthy mom.
2. My husband and best friend... I want to blow his mind!
3. I want to wear all those sexy summer dresses and just turn heads.
4. I am trying to start a new career and I want to look good in my career wear.
5. I want to feel good about myself and happy with the way my body looks!!
The best way to motivate me is to encourage me when I'm doing good and kick my booty if I'm slacking.
The best way I can motivate myself is to be patient with myself and not cut myself down. I need to be my biggest fan!

1. I have my priorities in check and I am doing it for all the right reasons this time. FOR MYSELF!! Because I am want to be healthy and I want to be a sexy mama!
2. I want to go on the cruise with my husband and look dynamite. I want to wear a bikini for the first time and I want my husband to know he has the hottest woman there!!
3. I have a plan for exercise and for nutrition and I am sticking to it!! I will log everything in and not cheat!!!

Reasons you have given up before.
On of the many reasons I would fail in the past is I would get on track and then if something came along and I had to miss, I would get frustrated in myself so I would just stop. Such a dumb thing because I wouldn't focus on the accomplishments just the failures.I have also many times tried to loose weight for other people. I wanted my husband to pay attention to me or to try and be skinnier than other people I knew. I wasn't looking within myself and seeing what I wanted.
Ok I am going to try and keep up with this Challenge because I love music and I couldn't let this one slide by. Inspired by JENERINO1!

This a relatively new song and it's a little out of my ordinary genre but every time it comes on I just crank up the radio, roll down the windows, and sing along.... so I guess that means it makes me happy.
There is just something about the rhythm and the kind of bluesy sound that I just love!
