I had made walking, exercise, and eating right such a habit last summer and let myself slide right back out of it. I really was disappointed with myself. I did manage to not to gain back too much of the 45 lbs I lost. I gained about 8 lbs, but that is 8 lbs I will loose again and 32 more lbs on top of that I want to loose this summer!!
Well we are going on two weeks now and I have walked 3 miles and done my ST everyday with out one skip! I am so proud of myself! I have struggled a little with eating but with Mother's Day, Birthdays, and my Graduation it has been hard to eat right.
But Yay for me!! I am making it a habit again!!!
