I know that change isn't going to happen over night, but its funny when we are making changes and people around us seem to think that we have to be deprived or that we are missing out. A co worker brought some croissants in to work and they really tried to make it seem as if I was missing out. I said No thank you and kept on going! I won't lie it was hard but I did it!!!

That's What Happens When You Have A Made Up Mind. People Think They Are Doing Favors When They Push Food That They Shouldn't Be Eating Themselves. My Son Does That And I Just Stare At Him. He's 22 And Very Little With A Metabolism Out Of This World.
