I have been working out and the pounds are coming off waaaaaayyyyyyy sllllllloooooooowwwww but one of my friends told me to Stick With It! Truth is I know it's key, I do need to work on my eating some! It's not all bad but could be better and stress of life is not helping. I am going to stick with it because I want to be further today than I was yesterday and continue down on my path. I want to look back next year at this time and see where I was and where I am!
