I have been working out and the pounds are coming off waaaaaayyyyyyy sllllllloooooooowwwww but one of my friends told me to Stick With It! Truth is I know it's key, I do need to work on my eating some! It's not all bad but could be better and stress of life is not helping. I am going to stick with it because I want to be further today than I was yesterday and continue down on my path. I want to look back next year at this time and see where I was and where I am!

Okay, I haven't been here in a minute on the regular like I was checking in maybe once a week or every other week. However I have been on track with my exercising. I have come off of my plateau it lasted for 7 weeks. Now its gone. I am just struggling with one minor thing.....stress.....one of lifes challenging situations right now.......so I am battling the food....I am making sure I stay focused on eating right and keep the scale moving down and not up. I refuse to fall off of the bandwagon this time. I am going to make my goal weight this time. I refuse to be defeated. Making sure I stay focused on me......

Back and Forth....

So this scale wants to move back and forth between the same 5 lbs, however this month I am going to move out of this land of the 250 straddling the 260 club. I want to join the 240 club. I know they are waiting for me. Goal for this year is to eventually move out of the 200 club, enter 2012 in the 190's!!! Can't wait to get there!!!

    Stay on track with exercise and nutrition and you will get past the plateau!

It is always good to switch up exercises and caloric intake to keep your body guessing too.

31 Day Challenge

I am aiming to lose 10 lbs this month. More would be great but 10 is fine. I was supposed to post this on the first but time slipped by.

Here are my goals.

Exercise for 90 minutes 3 times a week and normal 60 minutes 3 times a week.
1 day off a week from exercise

Drink more water! 1 cup of lemon water every morning or evening to aid in digestion.

Cut off my food intake at 7 p.m.

Sculpt 3 times a week. Work on planking, girly push ups and sit ups on exeercise ball! M/W/F
