I need to lose weight because it is an importance as for living a healthier life. I want to lose weight because I know that I will feel better in this skin. I am doing most of what I need to do with the exception of a few things that I need to work on and I know that I can do it. I can and I will achieve my goals. I am not taking no for an answer. I was walking this morning and while doing so, I started thinking about the plateau phase. I know that we get stuck in the ruck because of our bodies getting used to our routines, but I also think that we need to show our bodies and mind in sync that we are on a mission and to show persistence throughout shows our commitment that we are not giving up. I am doing this for me, I am reaping the benefits. I like seeing that the hard work is paying off and soon when I reach my goal, wow I don't even know what to do. Goal #1 is almost here.
Right now my goals are as follows:
206 (75 lbs down) Date Soon To Come
181 (100 lbs down) Date Soon To Come
155 (126 lbs down) Date Soon To Come
My main goal right now is to get to my 75 mark and then to my 100 and then my 126!!!! My original goal I had set out to do was 100 lbs, I really just want to see how I feel and how I do when I get down to 181 and take it from there. I am just so amazed and proud that I have come this far. I know that it has not been easy, yet it has been worthwhile.
