Someone made the comment that "WE work out to get back to the old days." I told her that was not my reason, then she looked kind of confused. I just think that now our bodies have matured and are constantly changing, my workouts and food is based upon just that. I am losing weight because I want to be healthier, more fit now than yesterday and I do want to look good and feel good. I am doing this so that I better now than yesterday and even better tomorrow. I think that We Should All AIM To Take care of ourselves to avoid that rut of bad health, depression, lack of confidence and any other side effects of our excessive weight. We are better now than we were tomorrow, just like fine wine we will get better with time!!!
