Okay today is the last day of January and I wanted to look over the past 30 days and see what I have done, where I need to improve and where I want to go. This month I have come off of my plateau, I have continued on even when the road got rough, I am so thankful that the weight is starting to come back off, I have increased my workout time, I have been paying more attention to my calories, I have been more active on spark and I have a renewed confidence in me!!! I plan on continue making progress in February by aiming to meet my V-Day goal of 215, Working out 90 minutes a day 6 x's a week. Take my 1 day off, Staying in my calorie range and drinking my water. I am proud to say that the payoff in the long run is well worth it. I am aiming to reach the finish line this year. I PLAN to Be OUT of the 200 Club by APRIL 30th, 2008!!!!

Okay, I have changed my milk to skim milk, it was a gradual process, I went from Whole milk to 2% then down to the 1% and I am now down to Skim milk. Its not so bad!!!! I actually like it, it doesn't look or taste so bad and it seems like lately I am just trying to save my calories, make the most of them, so every little bit helps. I am seeing what else I can change and still get good results, I am making some moves and I need to go ahead and my up my Goal/ Reward list!!!

Okay, I got my eviction notice January 1st, I have 4 more days, and I need to reach my goal of 220/219. I need to be our on Feb 1st. I really want to be out of the 220 club. I have been working hard, changing things around. Aunt Flo is packing and leaving, Thank goodness she didn't bring any friends this time. I am really glad about that. Well I have a weigh in tomorrow and then I will do another one on the 1st of Feb.

I lost 4 oz this past week, I am not complaining I am happy about it, you know why? Because Aunt Flo came to visit and although she will be here for a week and she did a reverse on me today!!! YEAH!!!! I hope she takes even more baggage with her when she leaves.

This week, I noticed that shaking up my routine for the past few weeks, may have been what I needed. I have been working out a little harder and breaking up my time on the machines, I have been trying to do a few video on demand workouts, and I actually find myself sticking to them to finish them out. The old me would have just stopped and did something else, while the video play. I have started doing little things like exercises during commercial break, when I watch tv. I don't watch as much tv. I seem to move more through the day. I think the longest I sit is when I am sparking. That is a good turn around. I have noticed that this time with TOM's visit I have been stronger in my cravings, I am hoping that from now on, he won't get me, I am looking harder for healthier alternatives for the not so good food choices. Good food doesn't have to be bad for us, we just have to find healthier alternatives. I am so glad that I am here working on me, and here to share it with all of my spark friends.
