its been a while.. im been doing good, kinda fell of that 3 hour rule wagon.. but im back on track now again.. still doing my excercises but im upping it up a notch.. well maybe like 5 notches.. lol
i have decided to do a TRIATHLON!
it is for Lymphoma Cancer. and my auntie has it, so im doing this for her.
it is a 750 meter swim, 18 K bike and a 5 K run. now my Cousin is doing this with me, we met up lastnihgt, and i joined the rec centre with the gym and pool.
and we already set up the days where were meeting at the pool and gym. i am exercising in the mornings and or evenings. and i also got a private swim lesson as well to get my strokes down pat for the swim part.
so this is goign to be good for me.. i can do this. i am very excited for this..
i am also doing two MOCK triathlons as well one in a month and a half from now, and another 2 months from then.. and then the real one happens 2 months from THEN.. so then at least i know where i am at, and what i need to work on most and see if i can get better and better..
i have never done a marathon or a triathlon, or anything like this, so if there are any suggestions that would be awesome!
