Hi, well at first i tried to start small.... (tradition to go to DQ in hope on way to loon lake every year) but this year i had the only 2g sugar icecream on a stick..... but then my nana makes her famouse stew that we have every year up at loon lake, and it has potatoes and stuff in it... (i only cheated for ligure with 1 glass of red wine a night or a diet coke and vodka a night..) so that i did pretty good i think... but then id go and have another icecream.. with the kids.. lol and i did have some chips on the boat as well... (a good 2 handfulls worth) and then my grandma made cinamon buns and lemon mini cakes.. and i just cannot try one!! so i had 2 cinnamon buns and 1 lemon mini cake... (only gained 2lbs in loon lake)
and then off to barkerville.. stopped to eat at t small town restaruant on our way.. and i thuaght i was doing really good i ordered a omelete... but it came with hashbrowns that i didnt know.. so i ended up eating hashbrowns with ketchup.... and then i saw a sign that said home made pies.... so i ended up getting a apple pie with icecream.. but i shared that with my son.. and then when we got to barkerville.. we ate in one of the restaurants there for dinner.. and i ordered stew... an di had a bun! AND another apple pie.. lol
and then i got some old fasioned candy.. and more icecream.. lol and then for breakfast i had pancakes at the B and B, and then chinese food for a late lunch and early dinner.... and then the last day in barkerville we got chocolate and mroe candy.. lol and then on the way to fort st john, we ate that candy and chokolate, and then jackson got hungry half way there and so we stopped at mcdonalds.. lol and i had a fajita wrap...... with fries.. lol (2 fajita wraps...) lol and then since we got here, i have had fruit and yogurt for prekfast, salads with chicken for lunch, and steak with potatoes and oniona nd carrots for dinner.. (this morning i lost 2 of those 6lbs.. lol) so we will see how i am tomorrow morning... and when i get home, i am starting a new round, and i willl use my weight ticker again from there...
but yes, i cheated by eating lots of sugar and breads.. lol and it is harder to stop once you start eating like that again.. so reallly watch yourself... and if you do cheat.. try to make it just that MEAL! and not the whole day! and then the whole vacation.. lol i keep telling myself im on vacation.. and bla bla.. im "pre-loading" and all this crap.. but it is all just excuses!! try HARD HARD to stay withen our meal plans! (at least my new clothes still fit me.. lol (i thnk i gained the 4lbs in my boobs.. haha (spillin gover a bit now in my new bras...
