word of advice for people going on holiday while on phase 3

ick, i still feel icky! lol i been living in the bathroom also trying to load.. but everything is heading out!! lol

word of advice for those of you going on phase 3 and going on holiday...... dont cheat!! you will feel horrible afterwards... (i have only had 3 shakes today and a egg sausage cheese muffin... and it is 4:30 and two of those shakes have been SMALL and same with my friend.. (she isnt on the hcg) but she went on holiday with me, and she is living in her bathroom too..

i sure learned my lesson... (an half the stuff i ate didnt even taste good, it was more of me driving and pigging out on the way home.... (at least i had my water bottles.. lol) but ick, i ust had a shake now, and my tummy is rolling around right now.. im making a scrunched up face.. it isnt fun.. :(

So please PLEASE dont do what i did on your phase 3.... it feels horrible afterwords.. (it feels like i have the flu...) but who know i might actutally be sick.. it sure feels like that.... at least im getting all that crap out!!!!!

and i cant wait untill tomorrow when i can start eating healthy again on the 500 cal diet with hcg.. :)

well, i felt sick most of yesterday, i think it was because of the loong drive home from holidays... im still kinda feeling it.. (ate so much crappy food, i could barely eat anything yesterday... i went down 3.2 lbs yesterday.... lol but today im feeeling a liiiiiiitle better, i think i can get more in me.. but im not all that worried about these two load days cause i ate soooo much this previous week. lol but il stick to my shakes again... and i had pizza for the first time yesterday...... since before i started my first round on p2.. and how i had all those cravings for pizza..?? remember??? and ever since i got off, i had no cravings for pizza, the only reason i had some is cause my sister had left overs.. and i only ate the topping.. lol (i had enough bread to last me forever last week) lol i still in bed now with the hcg under my toung.. and my eye site is wa wa..

and lastngiht my at would not stop purring!!!! and needing.. it was hard to fall alseep.... lol but it shows how much she missed me on the trip.. (she stayed wth a friend as well as my dog.. and my dogs ears are now both up! woowoo lol one was always down before..

Today i am starting my round 2 phase 2 of HCg, and my sister started today with me. i am feeling sick tho because of all the crap i ate yesterday on my way home.... but i only gained 3lbs total form my last dose weight.. this round i am sticking to one veggie.. (unless it is a salad, then im adding tomatoes..) and no turkey at all this phase i want to looe more than 20lbs this phase... :) im aiming for maybe 25-30.. hopefully!!!!! we will see how it goes, im gonna drink more tea and MORE water..

tonight is my sons grad thing at school. (he is in kindergarten.. and it is at 7.. i am still sooo tired form my trip... (drove 16 hours in 2 days) i am sooo tired, i duno how i am gonna make it.... but i will

Hey, i am still on my holiday, i dont leave untill the 21st... and i get back the 22 or 23rd.. that is why i am starting the diet again on the 24th.. :)

Hi, well at first i tried to start small.... (tradition to go to DQ in hope on way to loon lake every year) but this year i had the only 2g sugar icecream on a stick..... but then my nana makes her famouse stew that we have every year up at loon lake, and it has potatoes and stuff in it... (i only cheated for ligure with 1 glass of red wine a night or a diet coke and vodka a night..) so that i did pretty good i think... but then id go and have another icecream.. with the kids.. lol and i did have some chips on the boat as well... (a good 2 handfulls worth) and then my grandma made cinamon buns and lemon mini cakes.. and i just cannot try one!! so i had 2 cinnamon buns and 1 lemon mini cake... (only gained 2lbs in loon lake)

and then off to barkerville.. stopped to eat at t small town restaruant on our way.. and i thuaght i was doing really good i ordered a omelete... but it came with hashbrowns that i didnt know.. so i ended up eating hashbrowns with ketchup.... and then i saw a sign that said home made pies.... so i ended up getting a apple pie with icecream.. but i shared that with my son.. and then when we got to barkerville.. we ate in one of the restaurants there for dinner.. and i ordered stew... an di had a bun! AND another apple pie.. lol

and then i got some old fasioned candy.. and more icecream.. lol and then for breakfast i had pancakes at the B and B, and then chinese food for a late lunch and early dinner.... and then the last day in barkerville we got chocolate and mroe candy.. lol and then on the way to fort st john, we ate that candy and chokolate, and then jackson got hungry half way there and so we stopped at mcdonalds.. lol and i had a fajita wrap...... with fries.. lol (2 fajita wraps...) lol and then since we got here, i have had fruit and yogurt for prekfast, salads with chicken for lunch, and steak with potatoes and oniona nd carrots for dinner.. (this morning i lost 2 of those 6lbs.. lol) so we will see how i am tomorrow morning... and when i get home, i am starting a new round, and i willl use my weight ticker again from there...

but yes, i cheated by eating lots of sugar and breads.. lol and it is harder to stop once you start eating like that again.. so reallly watch yourself... and if you do cheat.. try to make it just that MEAL! and not the whole day! and then the whole vacation.. lol i keep telling myself im on vacation.. and bla bla.. im "pre-loading" and all this crap.. but it is all just excuses!! try HARD HARD to stay withen our meal plans! (at least my new clothes still fit me.. lol (i thnk i gained the 4lbs in my boobs.. haha (spillin gover a bit now in my new bras...
