I can see now 2 weeks into my health diet that I'll get very discouraged if I only lose 1lb or less a week. I tried to do a 11min chair work out the other day, I did it for about 3-4 minutes...it killed me! My lower back is so sore I can hardly drive my car. Just shows me how far out of shape I really am. The only way I'm really going to make it is to make the 1 yr comittment, and beyond and pay them the $45 Bucks!! I hate that! Obama Care should include free gyms for tax payers, it would cut down on health care costs...could somebody please mention that to a Senator? LOL.... to be continued UGH!

OKAY... I'VE STAYED WITH MY CALORIE RANGE
ALL THAT IS WELL AND GOOD, I'M PROUD OF MYSELF!
BUT HOW DO I SQUEEZE A HOUR OF EXERCISE INTO A ALREADY LONG DAY:
UP AT 6AM....SHOWER, DRESS, EAT BREAKFAST, PACK LUNCH, MAKE MY BED
LEAVE FOR WORK AT 7AM....DRIVE FOR A HOUR
ARRIVE AT WORK 8AM
LEAVE WORK AT 6PM
DRIVE A HOUR, GET HOME AT 7PM....CHANGE CLOTHES, FIX DINNER, CLEAN UP
NOW IT'S 7:45 PM IS THIS WHEN I EXERCISE? A HOUR BEFORE BEDTIME?
GET TO BED BY 9-9:30 PM
DO I GET A BREAK? DO I GET TO JUST SIT BACK AND PUT MY ACHING FEET UP FOR AWHILE?
I KNOW....Y'ALL WILL TELL ME TO GET UP AT 5AM....MY GOD....REALLY?
HOW DO YOU DO IT? OR DO I SETTLE FOR A 1LB WEIGHT LOSE A WEEK INSTEAD OF 2 BECAUSE I CAN'T DO A 14 HR DAY....FRUSTRATED....HELP

Okay...I know I said I wouldn't weigh myself, well I caved in. I went to wal-mart and bought a $11.00 scale. I HAD to....you see I've been feeling sooo good and could tell I'd done well by the way I feel but I guess I needed some validation. Guess what? I lost 10 lbs! Wow.....that's validation. I can't stand to see the scale go up and down and only moves a fraction so I think I'll only weigh in every 10 days, something good's bound to happen in 10 days, right? Even3 lbs is good, that's 9 lbs a month!! Sounds good to me!

Yipee...Tonight the boss is taking us out to dinner at a nice steak house. He's rewarding us for a job well done. I've only eaten 700 cals so far today so that leaves me 5-600 cals for dinner tonight...How many calories in Lobster? Heehee. I'm looking it up now!! PS...Day 8, no cigs, no booze, on track!

I want to share a couple things I saw on a show from England called the Food Hospital. They cure patients ailments with changes to their diet and the results are amazing starting at 3 weeks and full recovery in 12. Things like psoriasis, acid reflux, bad liver function, etc. Here's a couple tips I'm going to try:
No Sugar........Stevia or other natural sweet ok.
No White Flour.......Whole Grain Only 1st ingredient
No white potatos.....Red Potato only
Why? They said the bad foods have a High Glycemic value which means they burn up in your system very quickly and if you don't use the calories right away they'll turn to fat quicker. The alternatives have a LOW Glycemic and they burn slower and make us feel full longer.
They also suggest anti inflamitory foods to combat inflamation in our cells which are the culprit in most diseases and ailments. We all know this: Berries, fresh fruits, veggies, salmon, almonds, etc.
I wish I'd known about this stuff when my kids were little and I could have fed them better, they may have avoided the acne, sinus infections, earaches and other ailments they had.
I also wish McDonalds, Burger King, Taco bell etc would all fall into the ocean and disappear, they are ruining us & our future generation. News just released a study that the young people of today have a lower life expectancy than we do, first time in history!! The news also reported that in a few years 50% of Americas population will be obese, we're the fattest country in the world.....amazing. We think we're so smart and all we're doing is making bad choices and our health suffers from all this "abundance" (of crappy, greasy, sugary easy access food).
Join me in Boycotting ALL Fast Food Restaurants!!
I will NEVER pull into a fast food restaurant, not even for ice tea, the rest of my life!
I want to put them out of business for poisoning us all these years. They could be making healthier food, taking the 1,000 calorie burgers off the menu. They won't do it because all they're about is big profit, fancy yachts,mansions, servants, vacations to private islands in their private jets. They think because they put a couple salads on the menu they're doing us a big favor. They won't even put their employees on a full 40 hr week because they'd have to participate in a health plan for them, so they give them 36 hrs or less instead to get around the government loop hole! Shameful....Please stop supporting them, they're killing us and our children.
Had to get that off my chest. Otherwise DAY 8....No cigs, booze, on track, feeling great!!
