I recently went camping with some friends (Tammy and Greg) that have made a drastic change in their diet. I was able to sit and talk with them for a long period of time and I have actually started making some changes myself. I have not had any tea in two weeks and two days. That is a major accomplishment for me. I have found that I actually LIKE water. I have, also, started eating raw vegetables and a lot of fruit. I even cooked turnip greens and butternut squash for the first time in my life. My friend, Greg, taught me that I shouldn't eat anything that my great grandparents didn't eat. One ingredient foods. As he would say, "It's that simple, folks".
