I didn't do as well as I thought. I had one meal cheat over the weekend, so not surprised to find that I'm still at 259lbs. But I also had a big meal late last night, as my weigh in was this morning, so maybe that played a factor.
Determined that week 2, will be much better than week 1!
1 - Work out 5 days a week (60 mins or more)- 8/8/10 - 4 days last week
2 - Bring my lunch at least 3 days/week (typically during work week, I eat out all 5 days) - 8/8/10 - Brought lunch only on 2 days, will be more prepared this time.
3 - Limit sugar substitutes (currently no sugar but plenty of sugar substitutes) - 8/8/10 - Did better on most days, however not all.
4- Drink 64oz + water - 8/8/10 ACHIEVED everyday :)
Starting weight: 259lbs
Week 1 results: 259lbs
Even though I did't lose a single lb from last week, feel great, and a co-worker just called me skinny!

Wow...I never actually written down my weight loss goals(other than just exercise), that is powerful in itself!

LOL... I started this fitness blast 2 week bootcamp today, and it starts at 5:40am, yes really 5:40am!! I am sooo not a morning person and I don't have to be at work till 9am, which is only 10 mins away.
Day One however went better then expected, I had the little battle going on in my head... hit the snooze and forget the whole thing, I can work out at the gym tonight right?! But my better half(lol) prevailed and I got my behind up and had a good work out! And hey I can do anything for 2 weeks =)
I'm hoping with the right food choices and this blast I can lose 4-5lbs.

Wow...this is the hardest year for me to stay on track. I again fell off the wagon for a few weeks, birthday/vacation/being sick, didn't stick to diet, nor exercise.
So here, I am again, starting FRESH... I need to log onto SparkPeople daily to keep my resolve. Once I get past the two week hump, I'm good to go :)

The last time I posted a blog 10/31/08, that night got into a bad car accident and my diet/exercise kinda took a back seat. And because of that I put back on a total of 18lbs :( Still have to take it easy... However I'm back! Started my diet today & I'm really excited/hopeful for what the New Year has in store. My goal which I actually accomplished last year is losing 40lbs by July.
So I'm going to drink more water, no more than 20 carbs, cut out my daily coffee, and slowly start incorporating exercise back into routine :)
I'm so blessed to have found this site & supportive friends such as you.
Hoping this New Year brings exciting and rewarding changes to you all!
