emoticon back again!! As long as you keep trying you'll get to goal. Sometimes it's hard to stick with it, but the more you do, the sooner the results. But you don't need me to remind you of that. Hope you have a really great day today! Drink that water!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticonmary

I plan my computer time to the last hour I am awake or I multitask my computer time with another sedentary task.

I'm jealous. Puter time is addictive, too, but necessary with SP. Make a deal with yourself to do some kind of exercise or project BEFORE you can sign on. Works every time for me! Enjoy! emoticonlol

It's easy to do that...I'm proof. It's so addicting. I have to make myself set hours/breaks!

I am so proud of myself

Thursday, August 05, 2010

My son forgot the password to his new laptop. I had to buy some recovery disc from dell, as they didn't come with this shelf demo computer. It cost me $50. Then it took 7 days to get them. Well they finally got here and came with no instructions on which ones to start with ect...as there are 5 of them. So, I called dell and they want $59 more dollars to help instruct me. By this time, I am pissed. So I decided to go to the help yourself part of thier web site. well after 4 hours, I figured it all out. Guess what! I didn't even need the 5 discs. It was all for nothing, except I know more about the laptop and the worthless dell company. They are so money hungry. I will never buy another one.

Yeah for you for figuring out your pc problem on your own. I sometimes think they make pc's appear to be complicated on purpose. I remember sitting in a computer committee meeting at work years ago (in the 80's) and listening to everyone throw out techie terms and feeling so stupid (and wondering why all the jargon was necessary). Your problem could have easily happened to me...if I don't write down my passwords somewhere, I'll never remember them. (same goes with tracking food! Ha!)

Wednesday, August 04, 2010

We have been getting those spring time showers. I don't mind, but it just seems strange.

Or in Tennessee. . . yesterday it was 103, with a heat index of 110. No kidding. And my car has no AC. Imagine that.

Better then down here in Houston. We are dry parched and haven't quite made into the actual hundreds yet but the feel like temp has been a cool 105.
