I'm interested in watching what I eat
I am conscious of the need to keep my body stretching and moving
I have more energy during the day, I actually hopped up from my chair at work
I look better in the mirror
I feel more fit
I'm sleeping better
I am not craving sugar
I am not turning to the kitchen every 1/2 hour or every time I'm alone
Even when I do go looking for boredom grazing, nothing looks appealing

The Beginning

This is day one - I am disorganized and more than a little lazy, but I really want to feel and look better. I am motivated and this Sparks thing may just be the help I need.

It seems easy enough to use. I hope to give my best efforts for these first two weeks. I should be able to continue for two short weeks.
