Put my pedometer on this morning when I went for my walk. Says in 43 minutes I took 73 steps. Those are awful big steps for 2.06 miles so this is going in the trash. I changed the batteries, re-calibrated it with my steps, cleared it etc and it still won't register much. Brookstone isn't good for everything I guess. On the other hand, the pedometer I got with my starter kit from SparkPeople will register 4 steps just taking the thing from the shelf and clipping it onto my waistband before even taking 1 physical step.
PLEASE NOTE, I AM NOT IN THE USA SO I CAN'T GO TO A SPORTS STORE OR WALMART AND BUY ANOTHER ONE, THOSE STORES DO NOT EXIST HERE!
I still HATE THE NEW TEAM PAGES.
My sleep schedule is all messed up now. I go to bed at 11:30 and get up at 6:30, fall asleep on the couch at 9:30 PM, get up and get in bed at midnight, wake up at 7:15 not wanting to get out of bed, fall asleep on the couch at 10PM, wake up at 6:15AM. No matter what time I go to bed and get up I am still tired.
My weekend is here again, another trip to the grocery store and home again, how fun, NOT!
