UGH, What a slacker I am. Another 2 days with no blog. Plus no exercise except for briskly walking (or trying to) through the grocery store on Thursday then up and down, in and out doing laundry, kitchen clean up, etc. No wonder my weight doesn't budge. But I am trying to give my knee a couple days to feel better.
Found a GREAT recipe that I've made for a couple days, it's a Chicken Shawarma Pitza. Shawarma is a Middle Eastern sandwich, similar to a gyro but NOT the same. I'll have to sit down and enter the recipe one of these days.
So back upstairs tomorrow to start week 3, but I'm really tired of these 5 day exercise weeks.
