It's like the past few daily calendar notes seem to coincide with the Spark book.
So, I am trying to do the SparkPeople menu planning to try and get in calories. I do have to modify the plan because of my diabetes and gout. A couple days ago the menu plan had peanut butter sandwich listed for 3 meals, a baked potato for lunch and a sweet potato for a snack, beans for lunch and beans for dinner. Needless to say, nI had to modify that days meals. 2 years ago when I joined SP, I followed the menu plan and some of the recipes or plans were good but recently when they revamped the menus, those favorite recipes are gone and they repeat the same meals over and over. So I had to go back 2 years to my menus and copy them in. This is taking forever but I know it has to be done.
I have lost those same 3 pounds so far this month.
Spot kitty is home and he seems to be ok but his eye is still all messed up.
