I am very happy to day I had a GREAT Thanksgiving dinner, I didn't over eat nor did I eat a lot of what I wasn't supposed to. I had 4 oz turkey breast, 1/2 cup of stuffing made with whole grain bread & NO salt, I had more broccoli/cauliflower/carrot steamed vegetables, fresh home made cranberry sauce, a plain baked sweet potato, NO rolls/butter, NO mashed potatoes a 2 finger slice of pumpkin pie, a 2 finger slice of apple cake & 1/2 glass of red wine with diet 7up. My blood sugar level before the meal was 119 and 2 hours after it was only 138, I was so excited & happy.
I haven't blogged in a while, just busy. I have walked Saturday - Tuesday and did exercises on Wednesday by doing MAJOR house cleaning.
