Today is Women's Healthy Weight Day. Dropping just 10% of your body weight (if you are overweight) can significantly improve your blood pressure, cholesterol levels and overall heart health.
This is our weekend here in Saudi Arabia, today is like Saturday in the real world, the day for errands. Had to do a little bit of grocery shopping this morning and right now, I an ready for a nap. No ambition today. Maybe I will take this as my day of rest from exercising and let my ankle rest up a bit too. Maybe it won't hurt as much tomorrow when I do my cardio.
HAPPY HAPPTY 32ND BIRTHDAY TO MY DAUGHTER! I called her before she went to work this morning her time but I really wish I could be with her.
So the boot camp is going ok. I don't do it as often as I did the others but I'm not going to beat myself up over not doing it. Pick myself up and move on and keep up with the rest of it as much as I can.
I still can't do the cardio video, too much hopping and jumping around. My DDD girls just don't like all the jumping no matter how tight my bra is and my ankle still isn't 100% back to normal and hurts a little bit.
I really do like these bootcamps and will continue joining them.

I love today's video, it's my favorite, I do it frequently so it's easy for me.
For the Challenge, I had a whole grain cereal for breakfast and whole grain bread for lunch. I only eat whole grains due to diabetes.
I also did 35 minutes of Walk Away The Pounds for the cardio part.
The wind isn't blowing today but there is still sand in the air. It's hazy and overcast but not as bad as it was yesterday.

No wonder I have high blood pressure, it's the tv's fault. Maybe I should give my tv the Diovan I have to take! My tv is on more for noise while I do other things than it is for watching.
