I love today's video, it's my favorite, I do it frequently so it's easy for me.
For the Challenge, I had a whole grain cereal for breakfast and whole grain bread for lunch. I only eat whole grains due to diabetes.
I also did 35 minutes of Walk Away The Pounds for the cardio part.
The wind isn't blowing today but there is still sand in the air. It's hazy and overcast but not as bad as it was yesterday.
