Bootcamp Day 6

I was on a roll today, I did my 30 minutes of cardio with Leslie Sansone Walk Away The Pounds video, then I did Thursday's Day 5 video followed by the Challenge stretching video. Then I did the video for Day 6 but I didn't follow through with the Challenge which was limiting my caffeine. I love my coffee so I had 3 cups today-sorry but I just gotta. Then I did more strength training for about 20 minutes. Woo Hoo, Yay me!

My husband left this morning on a 2 week business trip :( so while he's gone I try to move stuff and deep clean, dust everything, scrub the bathrooms and kitchen, move furniture and clean, etc. Not that I don't clean any other time, but I can move stuff clean and If I don't get it done, I can leave it until the next day plus I don't have to stop, fix a meal, stay out of the way of the tv and things like that. Or I just may put on some music and dance around the house all evening.

Gotta go, it's time for kitty's nightly belly rub.

Bootcamp day 4

To start I did a 50 minute 4 lap walk this morning, 2.77 miles.
Then this evening I did a 30 minute Walk Away The Pounds video, followed by the Day 4 bootcamp video. All I can say is don't do this video after you have eaten dinner and already had 5 cups of water. It was uncomfortable but I did it. I will definitely re-do it tomorrow. The only part I couldn't do was the plank balancing on my hands but with practice I can do it.
I also didn't get the 3 vegetables eaten, I only got 1 carrot eaten.

For my NH team challenge, my weak spot is not eating enough calories. Even though I have diabetes and gout, I do have a difficult time eating 1450-1800 calories a day.

I did drink my 8 cups of water today
I did not get in 3 fruits either.

So that is my story for today.

Bootcamp day 3 + other stuff

Proud of myself again, so far I've made it 4 days in a row of outside walking, emoticon

I did the Day 3 bootcamp video which is the same video from last year's New YOU Boot Camp. I LOVE this video, I do it about once a week. I did the wall push up challenge too.

My New Hampshire team challenge things aren't quite complete yet since my day isn't over but I WILL accomplish them.

I am now Co-Leader of the New Hampshire Sparkers team! I was trying to help out the Leader since she is busy and has a real life, LOL I told her I would help as best I can from 6300 miles away.

Still can't get in touch with my son again, I tried calling him on Christmas day, then on Sunday after, New Years day, Saturday, Sunday and this morning and no answer again. Oh well, maybe he'll answer one of these days. He only has a cell phone, no internet and he doesn't have an "office" to call.

Bootcamp day 2

I did the exercise video, lower body ball workout. Now I have rubber leg syndrome, LOL. I love the stability ball workouts.
For the bonus, so far I have only had 2 fruits but it's still early and haven't had supper yet.

I'll update more, gotta go fix supper now

Update: I've had my 3 fruits for today

1.7 mile, 31 minute walk outside this morning
Blogging about my day.

I was looking at the list of videos for the rest of this week for bootcamp, I have done those at different times and I really like them. Can't wait!

My new year so far

January 1 I didn't do much for exercise, just some laundry. I cooked the lima beans for beans and cornbread, my husband's traditional New Years meal.

Saturday is the begining of a new week here so I started my new week/month/year out with an outside walk. 50 minutes for 2.57 miles, then did a 20 minute Walk Away The Pounds video and 30 minutes strength training exercises. I watched the bootcamp video and tried to do some of it but all that hopping and jumping around just hurt the boobs.

Today I did another outside walk and did the bootcamp cardio video so far. I am headed upstairs to do my WATP and my strength training.

    You're on fire! I am looking into getting back to the gym tomorrow, have done the wii this week and shoveled snow this morning but it seems like I need the gym to really focus and lose the weight.
