Going to the gym with a buddy is GREAT! The work out time goes by so fast and I get a great workout. I never thought I would like sweating so much, but I feel like I am actually doing something positive. I get on the treadmill for 45 minutes then either more cardio or strength training. It doesn't seem like 2 hours but I do feel a bit better.
I made Blueberry muffins today with my fresh blueberries. Next time, I will use regular sugar, the Splenda leaves a yucky after taste.
I miss my husband, only 3 more weeks and he will be HOME for his 5 week vacation!
