Where do I start?
I went to see a nutritionist on the 17th, we had a very nice chat and I CAN eat stuff that I was told to stay away from, just different varities. I CAN eat sweet potatoes, beans and whole grain breads & pasta & such. AND I HAVE OFFICIALLY LOST 10 LBS! I got on her scales and it said 150 on the nose, I am SO THRILLED! She said I am doing an excellent job and she is very proud of me for sticking to my Spark Diet. She hadn't heard of Spark people before so I told her about it.
My DH IS HOME! After flight delays, luggage delays but he's home. Now these next 3 weeks will absoultely fly by in the blink of an eye because I am headed back overseas when he leaves too.
I had a wonderful walk today, it was 41F when I started out in sweat pants, long sleeved shirt but I did my 53 minute walk. When I got back I was extremely upset to find out these past weeks when I thought I was walking 2 1.2 miles it was only 1 1/2 miles all this time. I DID h ave pedometers, I DID drive the route in my car. I had DH's hand held satellite Garmin divice, however I did walk further today too, so that is 3 times this week of walking further each time.
That is my HAPPY NEWS for this week.
