First off THANK YOU to those that left a comment on yesterdays blog entry. I have come a long way since last July and I try to stay motivated and up beat. I just have to pull myself back up and get going again. I just have to figure out which way to go with the calorie range vs exercise intensity. I did take my measurements today and not 1 inch gone, I don't think I'm doing the bootcamp exercises right if I'm not losing inches. Something isn't right.
One week from today I will be ready to go HOME! As the time gets closer I get sort of depressed about leaving my DH behind by himself (there's a LONNNNNG and not so nice story behind those feelings) but I also love my freedom to go and do what I want, when I want, how I want and while whomever I want without being told NO YOU CAN'T DO THAT.
Yesterday I did 50 minutes of Walk away The Pounds, made it 3 miles! I did 2 days of Boot camp videos, another 20 minute upper body dumb bell workout, not to mention up and down stairs a few more times. I felt like I accomplished something but not sure what.
That's my story for the day.
