I have kept up every day with the boot camp workouts and challenges, some days I do extra workouts and I do cardio every day that I can, which is 6 days a week. I see so many that have posted about their progress and mine is 0, none! I measured yesterday and no inches lost, I gained 3 pounds, lost 1. I'm trying to kick it up these last couple days I'm here until I get home and setteled which probably won't be until next Wednesday. BUT I'M NOT GIVING UP! I may just combine this boot camp band exercises with the New YOU Boot camp ball exercises.
I did do the exercises for today plus 45 minutes of cardio, a dumbbell workout from another boot camp plus extra upper body dumbbell exercises. I gotta get pumped up to carry my luggage, LOL.
So now it's 5 days till I"m home, 20 prayer calls after tonight's 2 that are left. I'm not packed yet.
