I try not to whine much but my mouth/face hurts a bit today. I had another tooth pulled last night and this one hurt more than the one last week did. I think the one last week was dead and had no feeling and the one last night was not dead. The side of my face or gum is still swollen and there is dull ache today but I guess it is better than an abscess. So now NO MORE DR.S OR DENTIST UNTIL JUNE! In June I get my boobs squished, LOL.

I haven't done any exercise so far yet today because my face hurts. I did sit down and do some cross stitch last night to relax.

YAY YAY, my Endocrinologist is a very nice man, (not bad looking either, LOL). He said I was doing very well and my thryoid number was on low side so he reduced the mg# of my pill from a 75 to a 50! I guess that means I am making progress? I told him I was getting ready to go on vacation for 5 months so he gave me his personal phone # and e-mail so I can e-mail him my test results. He gave me an order for the blood tests for the USA but they wrote in Arabic, LOLOL. That should be interesting.
I got lazy yesterday and did some things around the house that NEEDED to be done so I didn't get in any exercise.
Today so far I just said the hell with the 83F temperaturet, and went outside for my walk. I managed to walk 48 minutes for only 2.32 miles but it is something, it was 87F when I cam back home at 9:30! I will probably do some strength training later.
I have still ANOTHER dentist appointment tonight to get this other tooth pulled on the opposite side of my mouth. More jello and broth for supper for a couple days.

SparkPeople fitness tracker says I did too much today and this week on the amount of calories burned, that is a crock, I didn't do any exercising on Thursday and Friday. Guess I need to adjust my goal thing to keep them happy.

I do this when I am on the phone, I do pace around the house or I will load or unload the dishwasher, pick up stuff around the house.
I have been so lazy this weekend, outside of walking 1.5 miles in the malls and grocery stores on Thursday, not much else except for up and down in and out doing the laundry. I WILL do some sort of exercise tonight though. I have to.
DH bought me an aerobic step on Thursday when we were out, woo hoo! Now I need to try and find some free downloadable step videos until I get home and can buy them.

YAY YAY YAY, I have reservations to go HOME TO THE USA on May 25 and wait list for May 28, WOO HOO~! It will be a direct, non-stop 13 hour flight with no alcohol. I will be home until the middle of October! I can't wait but it will be a long 2 1/2 months without DH.

I did a 3 mile Walk Away The Pounds video today. That was a workout, it was a higher intensity walk than what I have done.
