Spring has sprung, so now it's time for some Spring cleaning. Maybe dusting and organizing clutter is not the most exciting way to spend your weekend, but you'll feel so much better you'll feel when it is all done. Go ahead and clean out your closet, dust under your bed and on top of the fridge, vacuum your mattress to get rid of dust mites, and open up the windows to get some fresh air circulating. My post for the day

I walked 2.6 miles in 53 minutes this morning. It was warm but I kept on walking.
I did boot camp day 3 video dumb bell workout, a lower body workout, extra dumb bell workout, crunches, a couple minutes of jumprope, 10 minutes of a challenge exercise and 5 minutes on the treadmill. PHEW, that felt good!

The Yankees won again yesterday! 4 home runs in the game! Woo Hoo! The regular season starts on Monday! YAY YAY YAY, it's been a looooooong winter.

Tomorrow is another round at the dentist of the deep gum cleaning so it will be broth again for supper.

Woo Hoo! The Yankees won the first game in the new Stadium! They beat the Cubs in an exhibition game! Hopefully I'll be able to watch the game on the MLB video tonight.

Gotta go back to the dentist today so he can either pull my teeth or do a root canal. I hope the infection is gone anyway so he can do something.

    Alright! How exciting that the Yankees won! And especially since it's their first game in the new stadium :) I sure hope you'll be able to watch it too! What was the final score???

Way to go on the walking! I can only imagine how hot it must be by you to do the exercising but you still went out and did it. Good for you :) My sister is visiting me for the next few days so I hope to be do a lot of walking with her soon....wish me luck :)

    If you can help but keep from pulling your teeth do it. If I could have my teeth back I would try to find a way. Perhaps God will favor me and let me grow a new set of teeth. It has happened in a few occcasions. However I'm not counting on it. As for your exercise I'm not sure that holds true but I did start exercising after I saw a girl doing it at a residential home where I lived. However with more than 30 people living there I was the only one to pick up on it.

TONIGHT'S THE NIGHT! The Yankees play their first game in the NEW YANKEE STADIUM! It's only an exhibition game but it's the first one! Too bad it's not on till 2AM MY time otherwise I would watch it on my MLB TV.

    I'll be rootin' for the Yankees for you! It's hard to believe baseball season is here already. The seasons seem to fly by so fast as we get older don't they???

The rain has finally stopped after several days so I'm looking forward to getting out for a good walk. Have a wonderful day :)

    did you know Joel Osteen preached in the new stadium the 1st non game in the stadium. I got a set of dumbbells that you add water to at a garage sale. They had 2 sets. One for $25 amd the other for $2 I got the $2.00 set. What a buy. They really go up in weight. something I can work with. They may not be metal but they are weights when you add water to them. I'm already using weights on my knees not that it does much good.
