OK!! I had to do a double take this morning, I've lost another pound, so now it's 140! I'm happy! I Haven't done the boot camp videos in a week and didn't really get in a good walk on Wednesday but did do extra exercises, I didn't walk on Thursday or Friday because it's the weekend and there are other things to do and I didn't get in my 8 cups of water in a couple days either. This REALLY REALLY makes me want to exercise all day now, LOL.
Unfortunately I overslept this morning and didn't get up until 9AM and at 10:15AM it is 86F. SOOOOOOOO, I am going to do a couple of cardio workouts and get on the treadmill.
I will never fix that nasty, gaggy red rice again! It will make a great filler for soups though.
