So I go to put in my 2.38 mile, 47 minute walk today and this message is at the bottom of my screen:
"*You've gone over your weekly calories burned goal by a significant amount. Your calories eaten goal will not adjust automatically. If you have increased the amount of exercise you are doing, you should update your fitness settings here to make sure you are consuming enough calories to support the additional activity."
All I can do is laugh because I haven't lost any weight OR inches. Not sure about the muscle though, my calves do feel tighter but that's about all. Not to mention I CAN'T enter some of the food I eat because it is food from here in Saudi that IS NOT in the Spark database nor can I enter it because there is NO NUTRITION information on the packages and even doing google searches NOTHING comes up for these foods ANYWHERE.
