You've gone over your weekly calories burned

So I go to put in my 2.38 mile, 47 minute walk today and this message is at the bottom of my screen:
"*You've gone over your weekly calories burned goal by a significant amount. Your calories eaten goal will not adjust automatically. If you have increased the amount of exercise you are doing, you should update your fitness settings here to make sure you are consuming enough calories to support the additional activity."
All I can do is laugh because I haven't lost any weight OR inches. Not sure about the muscle though, my calves do feel tighter but that's about all. Not to mention I CAN'T enter some of the food I eat because it is food from here in Saudi that IS NOT in the Spark database nor can I enter it because there is NO NUTRITION information on the packages and even doing google searches NOTHING comes up for these foods ANYWHERE.

    I know I was doing the nutrional data when I started it said to eat about 1,500 to 2,500 calories a day. When I started exercising more it upped my calories to 2,500 to 3,500 because they didn't want me in a starvation mode. If you are exercising a lot then its time to eat more, I know it doesn't make sense, in order not to go in starvation mode

Explination of TAIW

I live in Saudi Arabia, our weekends are Thursday and Friday. TAIW means Thank Allah It's Wednesday, the same thing as Thank God It's Friday in the rest of the world.
I'll be back at my HOME in the USA around June first until mid October.

It's our weekend here but I did manage to get out and walk today even though it was only 32 mintues and 1.67 miles. Then we went grocery shopping. I ran through 3 different stores looking for something specific for a friend but couldn't find it.
I didn't do the boot camp workout today but hopefully I will do it on Friday.

I only walked 58 minutes and only did 2 1/2 miles today, but did the day 5 video and some jump rope.

I got my beads on, green shorts, a shirt with patches of purple, green, pink and gold metallic. I totally blew my good eating week tonight with 2 pancakes with sugar free syrup, home made red beans & rice but with veal & beef sausage, Cajun shrimp creole. Now I'll have to add the recipes in to see how bad I did. I don't give anything up for lent, I was brought up Lutheran and we never did that, but we did have fish on Fridays.

I walked 64 minutes and 3.36 miles this morning, did some jump rope with the right bra on, did day 4 boot camp video.

    I had pancakes with Boysenberry syrup with a slice of ham. I had chili for lunch with a salad and a cookie. For breakfast I had Frosted shredded wheat. I went to IHOP for free pancakes for supper and donated to childrens miracle network. I had 10 glasses of water today. I didn't get much exercise in mainly strength exercise. See how good you're doing?
