I did a 35 minute walk this morning, it was 81F and VERY humid but I did it. Have done 3 loads of laundry, cleaned the kitchen and almost ready to start dinner since it will take longer.

    Laundry takes a lot of energy I should know. Carrying a load of laundry is strength building.

Woo Hoo, I did the Boot camp Day 4 Abs workout and I feel it! I really like day 4.
I did my morning walk, 42 minutes, 2 miles. IT was 82F at 10AM, overcast and cloudy but I DID wear sunscreen. I also jogged again for a very short distance, and did some jump ropeing, a little bit more each time. I can feel myself building up my cardio endurance. YIPEE!
Still trying to keep up with the 8 cups of water a day, it's not easy.

    Try adding a little lemon juice to the water no sugar. It may help you.

I did my 40 minute walk, 1.75 miles plus did the day 3 boot camp workout. The workouts are getting easier.

I think I'm going to start saving the left over bits from cut up vegetables and toss them into a pot to make vegetable stock/broth. It sounded good in an article that I read.

    I think my mom has made that before. Of course we eat potatoes with the skins on them even when they are mashed potatoes. We scrub them first. You can do the same with carrots or turnips if you like them.

NO NO NO, we do NOT watch the superbowl. We are NOT getting up at 3 AM to watch a stupid football game!

A new month

Ok, so I do really really well the first couple weeks of a new month, then I start slacking off then by the end of the month I burn out. So I'm starting fresh again this month. I am re-doing the New YOU Boot camp workout.
Starting weight is 143 (AGAIN AND STILL!) I would LOVE to loose 3 lbs this month, so we'll see.
Hopefully this killer sinus infection or allergy reaction will lighten up so I can walk and exercise without dragging a box of tissues all over.
