Today is good, I don't know what I did or ate but I feel good today, lots of energy. I've only done 10 minutes on the treadmill so far but I plan on doing more later. I used my barbell weights today too, up and down stairs several times compared to once a week, cleaned and straightened up, put up several of my Halloween cross stitch pieces around the house.
I fixed Chicken and dumplings from a Richard Simmons recipe, that is a favourite of ours with Strawberry and spinach salad. Chave enough chicken left over for dinner tomorrow.
