Well, it's 1/2 way through the month and I haven't lost any weight. I can do more brisk cardio workouts and more strength training but no inches or weight gone and this is my main gripe. I've followed a healthy eating plan centered around my diabetes, drank those damn 8 cups of water every day but no weight or inches lost. Oh well, I guess I keep at it. I may just continue with this boot camp workout after it ends.
I did my 43 minute 2 mile walk today and it was humid as all getout. Winter is definately over here and now the humid season starts.
DH DID get me a new stability ball yesterday! A pretty pink one, LOL. It came with a DVD so I'll have to watch it and see what exercises it offers. This ball is different than the other one, this one seems to have a rougher surface so maybe I'll stay on it better and it's also more "oval" than round, maybe I need to sit on it and round it out.
It's overcast again but I doubt it will rain today.
